Shipping your package
The products are prepared and packaged by me. They are shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Delivery is made by La Poste.
Delivery is free for the whole of Switzerland. It is possible for all of Europe against postage. For the rest of the world, please contact me via the address contact@yoopiou.com.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Returns
Personalized products cannot be refunded.
